Deposit

If a tour is confirmed, JustGo will issue a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount per group. In some cases, the deposit will also be greater. The deposit will be deducted from the invoice for payment of remaining amount due 40 days before departure date unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

As a general rule, the group canceled in its entirety until 35 days before departure date without loss of other than the deposit. Cancelation of the group between 15 and 35 days before departure, 50% of the total amount will be billed. Group canceled less than 15 days and before 5 days before departure, 75% will be billed. If canceled less than 5 days before departure 100% will be charged.

Change of flight times (Arrival time)

The airlines will sometimes make changes in departure times, aircraft types and flight nr. As a rule, the airline offers an alternative route which is equivalent to the original. JustGo will contact its customers of any changes immediately.

Force Majeure

The trip can be canceled if the destination or in the immediate vicinity of the last 14 days before the tour begins, determined war, natural disasters, dangerous infectious diseases or other events that must be equal, and there are reasonable grounds to believe that these factors will also make itself felt when the journey starts. Force majeure must be determined and documented by a public authority, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

JustGo has the right to suspend travel by unexpected events until 30 days before departure and the right to suspend flight due to cancellation of flights or force majeure. The customer can then claim a refund what has been paid, the additional requirements can not be addressed because of the cancellation.
